Red Kale

More colorful and tender than traditional kale, this is a great way to consume your greens. Wilt in a pan with garlic and oil; eat raw in a salad; or make a nutritious veggie soup. Refrigerate, dry, in a damp cloth towel or bag for up to three days.

Wrap in paper towels and store in a reusable zip top bag in the crisper drawer for up to a week.
