Red Apricots

These sunset apricots are the first of the red apricot lineup. They are extremely aromatic, delightfully sweet, and feature a soft, red velvety skin with a sweet, juicy center. Bake into fruit dumplings; make delicious Italian-style marmalade; slice and bake with pork chops; eat out of hand.

Ripen apricots on the counter for 2-3 days (place in a paper bag to speed this process). Store ripe apricots in a container in the fridge for up to a week.
