Also known as Honey Tangerine, Murcott Mandarins are a cross between a tangerine and a sweet orange. Their thin skin makes them quick and easy to peel - making them excellent for eating out of hand. Because they are so juicy sweet, they can be juiced or turned into a jam! Try freezing the juice for sorbets or using the juice in a tart recipe. Murcotts are a great addition in salads, and pair well with duck, fennel, avocado and olives.
