For Earth Day this year, we’re repurposing leftovers and giving back to our community!
Pickling is an excellent way to make use of food before it spoils and extend its shelf life. We found ourselves with an abundance of Black Radishes this month, so we decided to give them a new life!
For every jar we sell, we’re giving 15% of the proceeds to WE ACT, an organization that is dedicated to involving people of color and low income individuals in the creation of fair environmental health and protection policies.
Enjoy your pickled radishes on salads, sandwiches, grain bowls, or alone as a snack! They’ll keep in your fridge for about 2 weeks.
