This wide, flat and gluten-free rice noodle brings the experience of Thai street food to your kitchen. Nona Lim's gluten-free Pad See Ew Noodles can be used in either saucy or broth-based dishes, and are a favorite throughout Asia because their larger surface area picks up more flavor from the dishes they are used in.
