Microwave: Remove lid from cup and place unlidded cup in the microwave. Cook in 30 second increments until heated through. Carefully mix and test temperature. Cool to desired temperature before serving. Stovetop: Heat saucepan over medium heat. Empty food from cup into saucepan. We recommend adding 2 tablespoons of water (or another liquid of your choice) along to the saucepan to reach a better consistency. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently. Carefully mix and test temperature. Cool to desired temperature before serving. This product arrives frozen.
