When you need to serve an elevated breakfast or brunch - any meal, really - this quiche is the perfect solution. Handcrafted according to a traditional Parisian recipe, the smooth and creamy egg custard is mixed with a variety of farm-fresh fillings and then poured into the light and flaky pastry crust that Pieconic is famous for. Quiche are 9 1/2" in diameter and feed 6 - 8 people. We like to slice for 6 people and serve with zestily dressed greens and a glass of white wine.

Your quiche arrives frozen and fully baked, ready to cut and serve right out of the box once warmed in the oven. Reheat your quiche in a preheated 375F oven for 20 - 30 minutes depending on your oven or until a thermometer reads an internal quiche temperature of 165F. We do not suggest a microwave which can make the crust tough, but no more than a few minutes. Quiche, well wrapped, are good in the refrigerator for 5 days and in the freezer for 2 months.
