Sun Noodle was started by Hidehito Uki after moving from Japan to Hawaii at age 19 with only a suitcase and a noodle machine! These "miso" noodles are the classic style ramen noodle, straight and springy, with that irresistible bite.

Pan-fry with veggies; stir into soup; sauté and add to salad.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
