The High Plains cheddar is a unique hybrid - an Alpine cheddar inspired by Swiss Mennonite roots. The resulting block is surprisingly sweet and nutty, balancing subtle grassy notes that linger on the palate. Approachable almondy tones are accented by a glass of Rose.
