Heirloom Apples

These heirloom apples are a breed from colonial times with sweet taste and a tangy finish. A great source of pectin, a soluble fiber, which can help reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol. Eat fresh out of hand or with a dollop of peanut butter or yogurt; cook down into applesauce; slice into chunks for a Waldorf Salad.

Store in the coldest part of the fridge for up to two weeks.
