Unlike most blue cheese varieties, the milk used to produce Great Hill Blue Cheese is raw and non-homogenized. This results in a fully flavored and creamy tasting cheese. Pairs well on a dessert cheese board with sweet wines, or blend into a gourmet mac and cheese.

Located on the shores of Buzzard’s Bay, 50 miles south of Boston, Great Hill Dairy in Marion, MA has been known for its outstanding herd of Guernsey cows as well as its prize-winning Acacia and Orchid collections. The farm produces unique tasting blue cheese that is made in its turn-of-the-century barn. The milk is sourced from farms that are environmentally conscious and where animal welfare is a priority.
