The Gluten-Free Bakery hired their artisan bread baker Tim, who dedicated months to create a gluten-free bread and pastry line they loved, using basic ingredients and techniques adopted from a lifetime steeped in old-world baking traditions. The Gluten-Free Bakery is certified gluten-free and kosher and is committed to making the highest quality hand-baked goods.
