Caroline Pam and Tim Wilcox own and operate Kitchen Garden Farm in Sunderland, MA since 2006. They grow 50 acres of organic specialty vegetables for restaurants and stores throughout the Northeast and make award-winning sriracha and salsa from the farm's produce. Kitchen Garden Farm also hosts Chilifest, a festival celebrating hot peppers in September.
