Garlic Chives

Also known as Chinese leeks, garlic chives impart that signature oniony flavor of regular chives but with a distinctly garlicky overtone. These young leaves are super tender and work well in egg dishes, soups, marinades and Asian cooking--think dumplings, pot stickers, and dipping sauces, for example.

Store in a sealed plastic bag with some air left inside in the fridge for up to a week.
