These local broccoli florets were grown at Mokrzecki Farm and Plainville Farm in Hadley, MA and flash frozen at peak freshness at Western Mass Food Processing Center. The center is a non-profit with the mission of promoting economic development through entrepreneurship, providing opportunities for sustaining local agriculture, and promoting best practices for food producers.
