Cooking Instructions: Thaw dough overnight in fridge. Sprinkle sheet pan with semolina and and place dough on top. Cover and let proof at room temp until it doubles in size. Roll out to desired width and thickness, top and bake at 470 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
