HANDLING SUGGESTIONS:
- Thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator.
- Lightly sprinkle semolina on the bottom of a dough tray or sheet pan. Place the dough on the tray.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
- Proof the dough at room temperature until it almost doubles in size.
- Roll, press or hand stretch dough to desired size.
- Top and bake!
