Eye Round Roast

This lean cut, commonly called a "pot roast" is simple to oven-roast or braise for an easy, low stress dinner. Cook it slow and low to maximize flavor and tenderness. Eye round roasts are also traditionally used to make real deli roast beef!

Keep frozen until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge prior to cooking, and use within 2 days of defrosting.
