Hawthorne Valley Farm's fermented spicy cabbage relish is inspired by El Salvadoran curtido. Organic jalapeos and carrots give it that extra flavor and bite. Unlike krauts which are shredded, curtido is finely chopped. Delicious on tacos, hot dogs, salads or even simply spread on avocado toast.
