A popular class of peppers, Cornito peppers are a smaller variety of the Corno di Toro peppers. They are 1-1 1/2" wide at the shoulders and 5" long. They are exceptionally sweet and attractive smaller versions of Carmen and Escamillo, with similar maturity. Perfect for grilling and roasting, like their full-size counterparts.
