A wonderfully versatile sauce that is luscious, lemony, savory and a little sweet and spicy all at once.

Brooklyn Delhi is an Indian-American food brand inspired by our family recipes from India and the multicultural melting pot we call home, Brooklyn, NY. The brand was founded in 2014 by chef and cookbook author Chitra Agrawal and food packaging designer Ben Garthus. Our first products focused on achaar, a staple Indian condiment made from seasonal produce, spices, chili peppers and oil. We introduced them at local markets in NY and soon attracted a cult following and accolades from national food critics. Since then the line has grown to include plant based simmer sauces and more condiments like our Curry Mustard.
