In this FTP Kitchen vegan twist of an enduring favorite, we replace tuna with crushed chickpeas. We add all of the essential flavors of red onion, celery, dill, lemon, and black pepper, then bind it all together with a vegan mayonnaise. Serve it as a filling for sandwiches and wraps, a topping for green salads, or a dip for crackers and veggies. It’s as satisfying as it is refreshing.
