This creamy butternut squash soup is so dense and satisfying, you might be surprised to know it's actually vegan and gluten free! Plus, a house-made blend of warming, fall spices elevates this sometimes boring soup to a special place. Top with pepitas and dried cranberries; mix in granola, rice, or roast chicken for a full meal; serve alongside an herby green salad and some crusty bread.

Good Stock

New York, NY

Good Stock is a modern soup company that does things the old fashioned way. They select high quality vegetables, herbs, and meat from high quality farms, then cook those ingredients with skill, precision, and heart. Cooking the right way means Good Stock never uses artificial ingredients or artificial preservatives. Only the good stuff goes into these soups, and only the good stuff goes to our customers. Good Stock launched in the fall of 2014 at Smorgasburg, New York City’s premier outdoor food festival. Word quickly spread about the new soup in town, so they launched a home delivery business to satisfy the growing demand. Then came catering, which led to a weekly pop-up at West Elm Dumbo, which led to their first permanent soup shop at Urbanspace Vanderbilt in Midtown. Just two months after that, Good Stock opened their second store just two months later on Carmine Street in the West Village. Realizing even more people deserve their soup, Good Stock now works with distributors, like Farm to People, to get their soup straight to your bowls!
