Ground beef with just the right amount of fat makes for a patty that has uncompromisingly good flavor. You just can’t go wrong with these. Season with salt and pepper and cook in a hot pan, or on a grill. If you do choose to grill, take care to clean and oil the grill first to avoid your meat getting stuck to the grates.
