Brown Turkeys tend to be more fragile than Black Mission Figs, with a longer shape, fleshier purple-brown skin, bright pink pulp and a very sweet flavor. Enjoy them while they're in peak season raw as is, split and stuffed with cheese, grilled with a glaze to serve with meats, or poached for an ice cream or dessert topping.

Store in a reusable plastic bag in the coldest part of the fridge for up to 3 days. Eat as soon as possible for best flavor.
