Bourbon Barrel Foods starts with the best black peppercorns- biting and pungent with hints of pine and citrus. The cracked peppercorns are then slow smoked and aged in bourbon barrels which give them a wispy hint of smoke and a subtle oaky flavor that is reminiscent of fine Kentucky bourbon.
We love seasoning our steaks with these peppercorns, a nice layer of sea salt, some freshly ground mustard and soy sauce!
