All Heritage Lane chicken is raised on small family farms in Pennsylvania. Birds are raised with twice the space considered to be free-range, and given access to the outdoors and the ability to forage. They are fed an all-vegetarian feed made up of vegetables and wholesome grains, including corn and soy. The chicken is air-chilled, resulting in cleaner, more flavorful, and tender meat with superior texture, no added water, and a smaller environmental footprint. Birds are never given antibiotics or hormones.
