Bok Choy combines the best of many worlds, with the stalks remaining crunchy with tender leaves whether served raw or cooked. Blanch the leaves quickly and add to ramen; wilt in a pan with garlic, soy and mirin; use the stems for a slaw.

In 2019 Jon Fabb decided to purchase some of the last existing farm land on Oregon Road. What was once an area full of potato farmers, had morphed into landscape of new developments and land for sale. In an effort to preserve the farming tradition of the North Fork and to produce something that everyone needs, Oregon Road Organics was born.
At Oregon Road Organics we set out to deliver a fantastic organic product that is good for your health and the environment. Growing organically allows us to be in touch with the terroir of the North Fork, growing crops that deliver in flavor and color.
We believe in supporting your neighbor by sourcing from local producers. We want to help build our North Fork community by growing organic produce and offering other great local products.
Store dry in a reusable plastic bag, left slightly open to breathe, in the fridge for up to 5 days. Do not wash until ready to use as moisture promotes rot. To best wash, cut in half as dirt hides amongst the layers.
