Bok Choy combines the best of many worlds, with the stalks remaining crunchy while the leaves stay tender whether served raw or cooked. Blanch the leaves quickly and add to ramen; wilt in a pan with garlic, soy and mirin; use the stems for a slaw.

Lancaster, PA

Sunny Harvest, LLC is a locally owned and operated growing co-op located in Lancaster County PA. With over two dozen small Amish family farm members throughout the plain communities in Chester and Lancaster counties, produce is grown using traditional and conventional agricultural cultivation practices. Family Farm Fresh produce includes: diversified vegetables, small fruits, greens, and herbs.

Store dry in a reusable plastic bag, left slightly open to breathe, in the fridge for up to 5 days. Do not wash until ready to use as moisture promotes rot. To best wash, remove leaves from main stalk as dirt hides amongst the layers.
