Baby Arugula

4 oz

Not only is this peppery green a favorite for our salads and sandwiches, but eating arugula can actually enhance one’s athletic performance by improving muscle oxygenation during exercise. Use as a substitute for lettuce on sandwiches; prepare wilted arugula with garlic and serve with rockfish; make a simple salad with pears, blue cheese, and dried cranberries. Comes in a plastic clamshell.

Store unwashed in plastic container. Place a paper towel in the container if your fridge gets too humid, and keep in the crisper drawer for up to 10 days--it will be most flavorful if used in 3 to 6 days. Wash before consuming.
