Matzo Project's Salted Matzo Chips are baked (not fried!) in Brooklyn and made in a facility that's nut- and dairy-free. Simple, flavorul, vegan, and nut-free, these small-batch chips are made with carefully sourced ingredients, without added sugar or anything artificial.
Why Matzo Project is not Kosher for Passover
"We are kosher, but not kosher for Passover. It's actually not an oversight, we have chosen to not get the "Kosher for Passover" certification because we want our matzo to be a year-round cracker and not just for ritual use. We're a small-batch company and we make our product with clean, simple ingredients in a completely kosher bakery...which was a feat onto itself. Those looking for the "K for P" certification have plenty of other options for the holiday...and they can eat ours the other 51 weeks of the year!"
