Sach Foods is a modern culinary brand founded in 2019 by Jasleen and Tarush Agarwal, who drew inspiration from their identities as first-generation Indian immigrants. The name “Sach,” meaning “honest” in Hindi, reflects their mission to offer wholesome, flavorful paneer made with integrity.

Raised as lifelong vegetarians, Jasleen and Tarush were frustrated by the lack of high-protein, low-carbohydrate, meatless options available in the U.S. To fill that gap, they began by making fresh paneer in their San Francisco apartment using only top-quality ingredients and creative flavor experiments. Demand grew quickly and Sach Foods became known for small-batch, artisanal paneer that reimagines how people use cheese in everyday cooking.

Sach paneer is hand-made in artisanal small batches with simple, clean ingredients. It is always organic, non-GMO, free from stabilizers, and sourced from family farms in Northern California that meet high standards of pasture-based care and sustainability. Each serving delivers 7 grams of protein per ounce, very low sugar and carbohydrates, and is gluten-free and keto-friendly.

In addition to making food that tastes great, Sach Foods gives back to its community. The company donates a portion of all paneer produced to help feed food insecure neighbors, working with charitable organizations in Northern California to support those in need.
