Laurel & Ash Farm is a small, family-run farm and forest on a mountainside in Holmes, New York. They produce limited batches of 100% pure New York maple syrup, artisanal vinegars, and heirloom grain pancake mix, all made with care for the land and forest they farm.

Maple syrup is tapped, wood-fired, and bottled entirely on the farm during the short sugaring season, using sap harvested from the farm’s own sugarbush. Each batch reflects the season and is offered across distinct color and flavor grades, from delicate Golden to bold Very Dark, with no additives or preservatives.

Sustainability is central to the farm’s approach. Laurel & Ash practices low-impact harvesting and holistic forest management, and is proudly certified Bird-Friendly by Audubon New York, supporting biodiversity and healthy wildlife habitats.

Their vinegars and grain mixes follow the same philosophy: small-batch production, traditional methods, and a focus on flavor, balance, and quality over scale.
