Knead Love's Gluten-free sourdough Cinnamon Raisin Bread is made using hand-milled organic brown rice sourdough starter (no commercial yeast), organic raisins, Ceylon cinnamon, and fermented for 24 hours. It is not sweeter than other loaves, and makes great French Toast! Made with Organic Thompson raisins, and fair trade cinnamon.

Knead Love was started as a joy project out of owner- Sarah's love for sourdough bread. Her lifelong love of baking shifted with personal health and auto-immune issues; evolving into gluten-free, nutrient-dense and high-vibe baking became the new norm. Everything is made by hand in small batches and in limited runs. This bread is made to be be easily digested because of the longer fermentation, and use of nutrient dense ingredients.
Slice and freeze upon receipt, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
