Jackson’s Chips got its start in a family kitchen, born of a need to support their son Jackson’s health. When diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder, the Reamer family discovered that a high-fat, low-carb diet made a real difference in his wellbeing. Eager to include snack foods in the diet, they devised a simple, wholesome recipe of thinly sliced sweet potatoes slow-cooked in coconut oil that was both nourishing and delicious.
Megan and Scott Reamer launched Jackson’s with those homemade chips, driven by a mission to honor their son’s legacy.
