Hurd Orchard’s Black Raspberry Cassis Preserves pairs two dark, intensely flavored fruits: black raspberries, which have a deeper, earthier flavor than their red counterpart, and black currant (cassis), which adds a layer of tartness and a distinctive musky sweetness.
