The box includes your choice of 4 plant-based protein items, a dozen eggs, your choice of 3 dairy items, 5 grain items, and one bread. Also included is a Large Seasonal Produce Box, which contains 9-11 produce items that rotate weekly.

Boxes can be customized by pressing the "cart" icon at the top right corner of your screen. Once inside your cart, press the orange "customize" button, select your items, and press "save" to confirm your changes.
