Cloudy Lane Bakery's mission is to make dairy-free and gluten-free snacks so delicious that they're indistinguishable from traditional treats. The bakery was founded by Dani LeBlanc out of frustration with finding gluten-free and dairy-free snacks that were both made with clean ingredients and truly delicious in traditional grocery stores. She began handcrafting healthy gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods for people in Connecticut and then in 2023, decided it was time to spread the love nationally.
