Rosie's Chips
Los Angeles, CA
Rosie’s Chips is a family-run chip company with roots in Central Pennsylvania, long known as the Potato Chip Capital of the World, now making chips in Los Angeles. The idea is simple: take chips back to how they used to be made.
They kettle cook every batch by hand using just three ingredients, naturally grown, pesticide-free potatoes, 100% grass-fed beef tallow, and sea salt that is tested for purity. No seed oils, no additives, nothing extra.
Named after Rosa “Rosie” Adams, the family’s matriarch, the brand is built around tradition, care, and straightforward food. Small batches, made fresh, with an old-school point of view on what a great chip should be.
