Halal Pastures is dedicated to providing exceptional tasting halal meats and meat products, delivered directly to customers. Samer Saleh and his wife, Diane Aboushi, who founded and operate the farm together, also grow organic vegetables that can be purchased at NYC Farmers' Markets. They ensure a traceable and transparent process from farm to table.

Halal Pastures, a family-run operation, believes that every family deserves healthy, wholesome, and pure foods produced by people who care about the entire process—from beginning to end. All animals and birds at Halal Pastures are raised on organic pastures. When supplemental feeding is required, they use only non-GMO organic grains. The company maintains a strict commitment that none of their animals or birds will ever face mistreatment or physical abuse. They never administer growth hormones, antibiotics, or harmful feeds. By allowing animals and birds to follow their natural way of life, Halal Pastures produces quality, healthy meats.

The company stands apart by refusing to use petroleum-based fertilizers, antibiotics, cheap GMO feeds, large feed lot fattening pens, or factory line slaughter plants—maintaining the highest standards of ethical and halal food production throughout their entire process.
