Fresh Fizz was founded by Rebecca Schwartz and Yoni Schwartz, a husband-and-wife team who set out to make better sparkling drinks using only real, organic ingredients and no processed sugars.

The brand began as a home project in Brooklyn, starting with Rebecca’s longtime sparkling mint lemonade recipe, a favorite among friends and family. That foundation grew into a wider lineup inspired by classic cocktails, flavors like hibiscus ginger ale and jalapeño limeade, reimagined as everyday, non-alcoholic refreshers.

Today, Fresh Fizz is produced on Long Island, where the team continues to focus on certified organic ingredients, clean sourcing, and balanced flavors. Sweetness is kept in check, carbonation stays light, and every soda is designed to be bright, refreshing, and easy to drink.
