The team at Fire Ox believe that vegetables deserve a spot in the center of the plate and shouldn’t have to be turned into a nugget/smoothie/noodle/muffin in order to be palatable. Their dishes draw inspiration from cuisines that emphasize and celebrate - rather than marginalize and trivialize - vegetables. It is their mission to inspire and enable people to rediscover vegetables. They want to share what they love to eat with the world - vegetable dishes that are not only nourishing, but also satisfying and delicious. They also aim to make food they feel good about creating and feeding to others - meals that help preserve the environment instead of destroying it, and that are made with real ingredients and lots of vegetables.
