For our pasture-raised meats, we work with Autumn’s Harvest Farm, Hardwick Beef, and Heritage Foods—producers who embody regenerative farming, biodiversity, and time-honored husbandry. From grass-fed and finished beef raised on small farms across NY, PA, and VT, to heritage breed pork and poultry raised outdoors on pasture, these farms prioritize animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and rich, distinctive flavor.
Locust Point Farm in Maryland provides free-range Chesapeake Choice chicken, raised in small flocks for optimal welfare, while Koch’s Turkey Farm, a Certified Humane and GAP Certified family farm, delivers tender, all-natural turkeys raised on a vegetarian diet.
On the seafood side, we partner with Red’s Best Seafood in Boston, connecting you to the fishermen and stories behind sustainably caught species from New England waters, and Triad Fisheries in Southeast Alaska, a family-run hook-and-line fishery with the lowest carbon footprint in the state and impeccable quality control from ocean to plate.
