Conza is the first crunchy sourdough breadcrumb seasoning brand, born from a home kitchen revelation. The founders, frustrated by stale, overly processed breadcrumbs, set out to craft a better alternative using real sourdough bread, olive oil, and whole herbs and spices. In 2021, they launched Conza in partnership with a baker, repurposing leftover bread into something extraordinary.
The name “Conza,” derived from the Sicilian slang word “conzare,” means to top or finish a dish. Each batch is made from real sourdough bread with no added sugar or seed oils, toasted and seasoned to deliver bold flavor and satisfying crunch.
Conza brings gourmet flair to everyday foods. It can be sprinkled on Caesar salads, mac and cheese, or eggs for a savory crunch, or used to coat seafood, chicken, or vegetables for perfectly crisp cutlets and parm. With intentional ingredients and a distinctive sourdough texture, Conza makes every dish more flavorful, more refined, and more fun.
