Baked in Gilroy, California, Atoria’s products are made with non-GMO grains, without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Their flatbreads are crafted using natural leavening, slow fermentation, and an emphasis on flavor and texture that reflects their Assyrian heritage.
