1/4 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
12 oz Green Beans, trimmed
2 Garlic Cloves, peeled and minced
2 Tbsp Capers
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Zest and Juice of 1 Lemon
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Scatter green beans on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, capers, sea salt and pepper. Toss until beans are well coated.
Roast 10-15 minutes, shaking pan once halfway through, until green beans are tender and lightly browned.
