1 Tbsp minced Ginger
1 lb Chicken Wings
2 Tbsp Oil
2 large Scallions, trimmed and sliced

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rinse chicken wings and pat dry. Toss with 1 tablespoon oil and spread on a baking sheet. Season with salt and bake until deep golden brown and cooked through, 35 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through.
Meanwhile, in a food processor, purée scallions, ginger, a pinch of salt and oil. Transfer wings to a large bowl, add scallion sauce, and toss to coat. Return wings to sheets and bake until set, about 10 minutes. Garnish with minced scallion greens and serve.
