1 Tbsp. Orange Zest, divided
1 cup Brown Rice
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Raisins, and more for garnish
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
4 cups Soy, Almond, or Cow’s Milk
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the brown rice and milk to a boil. Add a 1/2 Tbsp. orange zest and reduce the heat to low, stirring constantly, until rice is cooked and most of the milk has been absorbed. Stir in the Vanilla Extract and 1/2 cup of raisins. Divide among 4 bowls and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon, raisins, and the remaining zest.
