A tradition of Tuscan cuisine, Lacinato kale is the dark green, sleek cousin of the curly variety. Toss with a lemony vinaigrette and chili flakes; serve with spaghetti, tomato and white beans.

Wrap in paper or linen towels, and store loosely in a reusable plastic bag in fridge for up to 5 days.
