Rye Sourdough Bread


1 loaf (22 oz)
Based on a traditional New York City rye bread, Bread Alone's organic version uses dark rye flour milled from New York State wheat and their 100% rye sourdough. Bread Alone then adds a generous amount of caraway seeds to compliment the naturally great flavor of rye.

Each loaf is baked-to-order without preservatives, so shelf life is limited. Expect to use or freeze within 2-3 days of delivery.
